3A,60V Step-Down Converter

The YH6376 is a 3A60V high current high vallage buck converier suitable for constant voltage (cM) mode and canstant current (CC)mode applicatons.it provides an integrated 3A switch and can be aperated with a wide input voitage range from 5.5V to l0V. High efidency is achleved with its 200mv curent sensing capabaty. Requring a minimum rumber of exterral componenis. the yH6376 is simple to use and ndude irtenal compensaion and a bed swiiching frequency (52kHz) asallator. The ederral shutdomn funciion is centrolled by a lagic level on the ENB in and hen he drcuit comes into the shudown mode with keew around 50jA (ypical).The ENB pin may be used for the anaog dimming. As the voltage on the ENB pin is increased trom 0.07V to 0.67V, the valage on the FB pin falls from 0.2V to 0V. The Y 6376 provides potection functians including cydle-by cydle currert limit and thermal shutdomn pralection The YH6376 is availsble in the 8lead SOP (exposed pad) plastic (PSOP-8).
